Curotech secures Accredited capacity for new E&S Property program

Curotechs new Property program is being fronted and underwritten by Accredited Specialty Insurance Company (ASIC), offering up to $20mn of commercial property capacity, or £5mn for coastal states, and complements Curotech’s existing commercial property offerings.

It will offer coverage for all risk perils, low hazard flood and quake and coastal wind for risks distributed on behalf of wholesale brokers.

Introducing Habitational Buffer Product

We are pleased to announce the addition of the Habitational Buffer product to our property portfolio. In addition to our Commercial Property product we are excited to provide another product offering for our partners.

The Habitational Buffer Product will concentrate writing in the Midwest states with attachment points from $2.5 million to $10 million.

New Property Product Launched

Curotech Specialty is pleased to announce today the launch of our Commercial Property product with capacity in the Midwest and Northeast states.

The Commercial Property product will be written on behalf of Lloyd’s Syndicates on a non-admitted basis. Our dedicated team of underwriters led by Kim Rhodes, will focus on writing accounts with limits up to five million dollars.
